Dear little Ava was christened at Holy Name of Mary Church in Hunters Hill, Sydney, on a warm cloudy day. I hadn't photographed inside this particular church before, so man was I impressed with the light and the beauty it contained.  Everything about this christening was gorgeous and classic - the church, the ceremony, the christening gown, the lovely bonnet that went with it (is it just me who thinks we should bring back the bonnet?). It was a true pleasure to document, and if I had my way (hang on, could I have my way?) I'd photograph nothing but christenings ,
